Career and Technical Education Programs at Apollo Middle School

Career and Technical Education programs at Apollo Middle are designed to immerse students in industry specific programs in the areas of:

Culinary
Computer Programming and AI
Computer Business Applications

All programs are designed to promote College and Carrer readiness. They expose students to industry specific skills, applications, and certification options.

Program Offers

We have a variety of exceptional elective classes in our Career and Technical Education program such as: Culinary, Digital Discoveries, Engineering, Coding Fundamentals, Advanced Information Technology, Exploratory Production Tech, Orientation to Careers and Technical Occupations, and Web Development. Some of our afterschool club offerings include our Technology Student Association.

Academic Requirements

Certain courses require pre-requisites to advance to the next course in sequence. High school level CTE courses are rigorous and receive an additional honors point applied to a student's Grade Point Average. Successful completion of these courses with satisfy high school practical art graduation requirement.
