STEM Magnet Program
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math)
Apollo's STEM magnet program focuses on innovation, computer skills (coding, gaming), software design, and engineering, with students launching rockets and studying flight.
Specialized Programs
Cambridge Program
Develops global perspectives and 21st-century skills, preparing students for Cambridge high school programs and scholarships.
Dual Language Program
The Dual Language Program offers a school-within-school approach to second language acquisition education. The goal of the program is to provide students with the opportunity to become fully bilingual by learning, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English and the target language. Students who participate in the program will continue in the program at the next grade level the following year.
Career & Technical Education Programs
These programs introduce students to career pathways in:
- Restaurant and Food Services - Culinary
- Information Technology and Computer programming
- Computer Business Applications
Students gain the skills and education needed to be successful and secure a job in one of Florida’s emerging industries.
These courses include but are not limited to the development of leadership skills, communication skills, and employability skills. Students are also exposed to the importance of resource management. Students will have the opportunity to earn industry recognized certifications through their participation within these courses.
